Let’s make Matcha Latte at home! This tea latte is such a nice way to stay warm at night. Did you know that? Matcha has a way of calming the mind and relaxing the body. This simple recipe uses only green tea powder, milk, hot water and sweetener (optional). The most important thing is to start with great quality matcha and we highly recommend to choose our product which is Shuhari Matcha Green Tea Powder. This would make the perfect Matcha Latte.
1 tsp or 3 scoops Shuhari Matcha Green Tea Powder (grade of your choice, we recommendOrganic)
1/4 cup milk of your choice (we recommend almond)
Sweetener of your choice (optional)
1/4 tbsp hot water
1. Add Matcha Powder to your favorite mug with a Matcha tea scoop or spoon
2. Add hot water
3. Add sweetener, if any
4. Whisk briskly using our Matcha whisk in a M/W shape until frothy, lump-free (if you don't have a Matcha whisk, use a metal whisk, spoon, or blender. There is nothing easier to use for Matcha than a bamboo whisk so we recommend investing in one for that smooth, frothy taste!)
5. Heat milk (in the microwave, stove top, or handheld frother) and pour into your mug
6. Add ice for a cold drink and shake in a jar for a smooth taste
7. Enjoy while fresh!
