The Japanese black tea, Benifuki, is named after its bright vermilion color and is wonderfully aromatic. This tea has a mellow taste and pleasant fresh flavor. It is great to drink by itself or can be enjoyed as milk tea using a strong brew of Benifuki.
HOW TO PREPARE：
Use 2 tsp of leaf for every 8-12 oz of water, and steep in 190-200°F hot water for 1-2 minutes.
