Hoji-cha tea is roasted at a temperature between 320-360°F, which reduces the amount of tannin and caffeine. The resulting-flavor is a very mild green tea recommended for all ages.

HOW TO PREPARE:
Use 2 tsp of leaf for every 8-12 oz of water, and steep in 190-210°F hot water for 1 minute.
